Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply to access to and use of the Shadowrocket Download Center pages, official manual, and technical guides. Read them before purchasing, configuring, or using the app based on information on this site.
1. About This Site and Scope
The Shadowrocket Download Center is the official website and manual for Shadowrocket. It provides guidance on verifying the genuine app, purchasing and installing it, importing an existing subscription, configuring routing rules, and troubleshooting. These terms govern use of this site's content. They do not replace App Store purchase policies, terms applicable within the app, or consumer protections required by law.
Visitors should decide whether the guidance applies to their device, app interface, and needs. Check the App Store listing again before proceeding for current pricing, system requirements, compatible devices, and purchase eligibility.
2. Purchases and Service Boundaries
Shadowrocket is a paid commercial app available only on Apple platforms. It is primarily intended for iPhone and iPad, and the App Store is the only place to purchase and install it. Refer to the App Store listing for system requirements, other compatible devices, and general purchase eligibility. See Download and Purchase Guide to verify the official listing.
A one-time app purchase is not a subscription to network services. Purchasing the app grants the right to use the client; it does not include servers, network routes, or subscription services. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend nodes or subscriptions. Instructions for related tasks assume that users already have their own subscription or server details. Payments, refunds, and restoration of purchases are handled under the applicable App Store policies.
3. Lawful Use and Safeguarding Information
Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their actual activities, as well as the requirements of the networks they use. Do not use the app or this site's technical guidance for unlawful purposes, including violating others' privacy, stealing data, accessing systems without permission, or disrupting normal network operations.
Users are responsible for confirming that they are authorized to use any server, subscription, or configuration they import, and for checking its source, access permissions, and rules. Subscription URLs, passwords, and identity details in configurations may function as access credentials and should not be shared publicly. Before submitting a support question or sharing a screenshot, redact this information.
4. Information and Limitation of Liability
This manual is prepared using information that can be verified at the time of review, but interfaces, store policies, and system behavior may change. Steps and examples explain how to use the app; they do not guarantee successful connections, continuous availability, speed, or any particular result in a specific network environment.
The app is sold through the App Store, and purchases and transactions are subject to its policies. To the extent permitted by law, this site is not liable for the availability of the app or external networks, service interruptions, or data loss resulting from user actions, configuration errors, or failure to make backups. Save any necessary copies before changing configurations. Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
5. Intellectual Property and Use of Content
The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related software rights belong to its developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, and the respective rights holders. Official icons, app interface assets, and product names shown on this site are used to identify the product and explain its operation; their display does not transfer any intellectual property rights.
Original explanatory text and page designs on this site are protected by applicable law. Users may consult the content for personal learning and use. When quoting it, credit the source and preserve the necessary context. Do not misrepresent the meaning of instructions or use this site's name to publish service or transaction information that could mislead others.
6. Changes to These Terms and Further Guidance
These terms may be revised to reflect changes to the site's content, service arrangements, or legal requirements. Revisions will be posted on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. Unless the law requires otherwise or a notice states otherwise, revisions apply to access and use from the date of publication onward and will not retroactively diminish rights acquired under applicable law.
For purchase or restoration questions, see the FAQ. For importing and connection instructions, see the Getting Started guide. If you need to describe an issue, share only the necessary device details, steps, and error behavior; do not include access credentials or sensitive personal information.
